Gain an understanding of the differences that ACPA has documented comparing the installation of flexible and rigid culverts at the city, county, and state levels. This course can empower specifiers, designers, inspectors, and installers to ensure existing and planned pipe projects adhere to specified standards.

Don has over 40 years of experience in the precast industry as a quality control manager, production engineer, design engineer, engineering manager and chief operating officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio. Don is the Great Lakes Region Engineer for the American Concrete Pipe Association.

American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA)

Based out of Des Moines, IA, she has worked for the ACPA since 2021.  As the Director of Education, Alicia oversees the programming and educational opportunities offered by the ACPA.  Alicia works closely with the Education Committee and ACPA Staff to determine the educational needs of members and key stakeholders, develop principal trainings, and provide a variety of educational platforms for learners.
